All tours are two hours. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Prices include all taxes but not gratuity.
Private Tour
(16 people max per bike)
Tuesday-Thursday: $350
Friday-Sunday: $400
Starting locations: North Shore or Strip District
*Due to COVID-19 we are only offering private tours. These prices are flat rates and are the same whether you have 6 people or 16 people in your group.

All Pittsburgh Party Pedaler tours must be paid by debit/credit card at the time of booking. Options include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

Cancellation Policy
We run RAIN or shine. In the rare instance that the weather becomes dangerous, we do offer rain checks at our discretion.

30+ days: 50% refund or rain check (good for 90 days)

14-29 days: Rain check (good for 90 days)

Under 14 days: No refund or rain check

Want to customize your starting point?
All customized starting locations must be approved by the Pittsburgh Party Pedaler prior to booking the tour. Call us for details - 412-228-7476. **Relocation fees may apply.

Have a group larger than 16?
No problem! We can accommodate your group with multiple bikes. **For events involving more than two bikes, additional fees may apply.

Damage/Late Fee
We reserve the right to charge your credit card following the tour if necessary. Since the Pittsburgh Party Pedaler is powered by its passengers, they control the speed at which the tour progresses. You will be charged a late fee if you do not return the Pittsburgh Party Pedaler to the starting point on time. This will also impact every tour that is scheduled after yours so please be considerate.
Your driver has a good idea how long it will take to get around. As long as you’re willing to pedal and listen to your driver, there shouldn’t be an issue. There will be no Damage/Late Fee charged if the Pittsburgh Party Pedaler returns to the starting point on time and undamaged.
