Guidelines for renting the Pittsburgh Party Pedaler:

• We are only renting PRIVATE tours. You are responsible for the health of your guests.  We will have a touch free thermometer available to check temperatures at your request.

• We are increasing time in between tours to allow for adequate cleaning and disinfecting. 

​

• Guests may not arrive more than 15 minutes before their tour is scheduled to start and must leave immediately after their tour to prevent contact between groups. 

​

• We will NOT provide face masks. It is recommended that customers wear masks but is up to their discretion since we are outside. Many establishments require face masks. 

​​

• We will provide hand sanitizer and other sanitizing products for our drivers, but encourage you to bring your own personal sanitizing products so that we can ensure that we have enough supply for our team and also limit contact. We will, of course, share these products with customers if you run out or forget.

• To be permitted on the bike all beverages must be inside of a cooler and consumed out of a cup (red solo cups work perfectly).  In an effort to reduce contact, we DO NOT provide coolers or cups.  You must bring your own. 

​​

• All waivers must be completed digitally and all riders must present a valid photo ID.

​​

• Digital tips are preferred.  You can tip your driver via venmo @pghpartypedaler or via cashapp $pghpartypedaler, be sure to include your driver's name in the message.

• We do not have customer bathrooms.​​

​​

• We run RAIN or shine.  In the rare instance that the weather becomes dangerous, we do offer rain checks at our discretion. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 30+ days: 50% refund or rain check (good for 90 days)

  • 14-29 days: Rain check (good for 90 days)

  • Under 14 days: No refund or rain check

 

We encourage all riders to follow these guidelines while on the bike:

• Thoroughly wash your hands prior to your tour; hand sanitizer will be used by each rider after any bar stop.

 

• Do NOT share drinks and/or snacks.

 

• Designate one person to distribute drinks from the cooler.

 

• Consider making photo stops vs. bar stops.

What are our cleaning procedures?

Prior to each tour:

• All Drivers are temperature tested prior to arriving at work (must be below 98.6 degrees) and will wear a mask.

​

• All bike surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with an EPA-registered disinfectant

​

• Our garage is also regularly cleaned and disinfected, including phones, computers, doorknobs, handles, & light switches, etc..

​​

During the tour:

• At stops, we will be cleaning and disinfecting the bar, cup holders, seats, yellow bars around the seats, back bench, driver’s seat, coolers, tip jar, radio, light switches and steering wheel.

• There will be hand sanitizer available for your use after any bar stop
